Building Inspections
Building Inspections: To schedule a building inspection by phone call 708-499-7800, or come to lower level of Village Hall. Inspectors will not take inspection requests in the field. Please note that B&F Technical Services assists the Village of Oak Lawn with building inspections and inspectors may identify themselves as such. Building inspections are performed Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. Inspections must be completed and approved before work on a project continues. Contact the Village of Oak Lawn Building Division to schedule building inspections.

Electrical and Plumbing Inspections: Electrical inspections are conducted on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Plumbing inspections are conducted on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
To schedule an electrical or plumbing inspection call 708-499-7803 at least 24 hours in advance of the requested inspections date.
