Zoning Petitions and Applications
The Zoning and Planning Commission and Appeals and Review Board are recommending bodies that hear petitions for a variety of zoning variations such as setbacks variations, parking, setbacks, subdivision and alley vacations. To submit a petition, click on the links below. For more information contact Community Development at (708) 499-7800. We encourage all applicants to contact the Village to assist with petition documents.
Zoning and Planning CommissionThe Zoning and Planning Commission meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium on the second floor of Village Hall.

The Appeals and Review BoardThe Appeals and Review Board meets the fourth Tuesday in the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November, at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor auditorium of Village Hall. The petitioner is required to be in attendance to discuss their request. Petitions must be submitted no later than 20 days prior to the meeting date.
