Birth/Death Certificates & Marriage Licenses
The Village of Oak Lawn does NOT keep birth/death certificates or marriage licenses ("vital records"). The Cook County Clerk's office is the official record keeper of births, marriages, civil unions, and deaths in Chicago and suburban Cook County.
