Charitable Event Permit Applications
A permit is required for charitable organizations to solicit donations on street corners. Door to Door Solicitor Permit Applications
Peddlers, solicitors, and itinerant merchants shall register by applying to obtain a license to engage in itinerant selling, peddling, and soliciting within the village. Itinerant merchants, where applicable, shall be licensed by the state under the transient merchant act.
Raffle License Application
Village Code requires you to have a raffle license before conducting a raffle. The following items need to be submitted for approval from the Clerk’s Office and for issuance of your raffle license.

Handicap Placard Application
The Village Clerk's office may issue a temporary handicap placard for parking in accordance with the administrative rules of the Secretary of State. Pursuant to the Illinois Secretary of State's office, a temporary handicap parking placard issued from your local municipality is valid for no more than ninety (90) days, and shall not be subject to renewal.
