Business License
The Village of Oak Lawn requires businesses operating within the city limits, including home occupations, to obtain a Village of Oak Lawn Business License. Applications for a Business License Certificate are made by submitting a completed application either by mail to Business Licensing, 9446 Raymond Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453, or in person at the Business Licensing office located at the lower level of the Village Hall at 9446 Raymond Avenue. Please attach a copy of all applicable certificates or state licenses.
All business license certificates expire on September 30th of each year regardless of when the account was opened and are renewed annually.
