Tobacco License
A Tobacco Dealer license is required for businesses in the Village of Oak Lawn engaged in the sale of tobacco or tobacco products. Selling tobacco is a privilege and comes with the responsibility of learning and complying with the rules and regulations.
- All tobacco applications must be reviewed by our Liquor and Tobacco Licensing & Review Commission.
- A Business License is required in addition to a Tobacco License.
