Lobbying

The Village of Oak Lawn has retained the firm John J. Millner and Associates, Inc. (JJM) as lobbyists.  JJM represents the Village of Oak Lawn before the Illinois General Assembly and Executive Levels of State and Local Illinois Governments.  The firm assists the Village of Oak Lawn with regional water related legislation such as preventing the unfair competitive advantage of Illinois water agencies using an Illinois IDNR Lake Michigan Allocation and water agencies using authority for quick take, eminent domain, and easements take overs. The Village contracts for their services in the amount of $20,000 annually.
