The Halloween season is upon us! Get ready to embrace the season’s eerie vibes with the Village of Oak Lawn’s first-ever Halloween Decorating contest!
This family friendly contest is open to all properties in the Village of Oak Lawn.
Registration
Registration is free and mandatory. To sign up online, include your name, address, and contact details. You can access the registration form here (deadline is Noon on October 27th).
Decorating List
Unless you specify otherwise, all registered properties will be included on our Halloween Decorating list. This list will be made available to the public prior to Halloween so your fellow residents can revel in the ambiance you’ve created!
Judging
Our panel of judges will cast their verdict and winners will be announced at our November 14th Village Board of Trustees meeting.

The Village of Oak Lawn offers a variety of Special Events throughout the year. Some of the events featured include our annual Fourth of July Parade and our Sunday Concert series.
The Special Events we offer enhance the quality of life for our residents and contribute to our goal of making Oak Lawn a great place to live, work, and play.
Our Arts & Events Commission, residents of Oak Lawn, assist in promoting, organizing and implementing all of our events along with Village staff and many volunteers.
